What's up in Hamburg?

Hamburg: for many people that's Alster, Elbe, port area, Reeperbahn. For sure you can visit all these Hamburg classics in winter, too, even if you might not be looking forward to the walks in between as much as in summer. ;)
For those who prefer staying dry there are alternatives galore: concerts in the evenings, eating out or heading for a nice cocktail bar, rumaging in small record shops or boutiques, maybe actually visiting Hamburg's Kunsthalle, one of the other museums or a theatre? Of course, you can also get tips from us where to go and how to get there.
You will see: Hamburg is worth a trip, even in winter!
